Operant Systems and Teach Me is an innovative patent-pending software platform that fills a gaping void today in the servicing, teaching and management of special needs children and adults. The educational, behavioral learning, and management requirements of the special needs population is extensive. All areas are serviced by a vast array of clinical providers including, but not limited to, teachers, therapists, social workers, and paraprofessionals. Despite the great strides our society has made in providing services to this population during the past 25 years, the management of these services has not kept apace.
Our patent-pending technology moves all record keeping and administration to a centralized electronic database. The system provides for real-time, outcome-based, clinical data collection by all service providers who work with special needs students and adults. Real-time collection enables monitoring of therapies, rate and fluency of the client’s responses, and accuracy of individual treatment plans. The TeachMe software enables collaboration among service providers. Because the system is fully accessible remotely and is cellular and wirelessly enabled, Operant also provides immediate authentication and verification of services rendered, regardless of physical location, resulting in a full audit trail.
